Indigo Escrow is a third-party settlement agent. We hold funds, release them on terms, and recover them when something goes wrong.
We started as two desks serving cross-border freelancers who kept losing money in the gap between invoice and payout. The product has grown; the mandate has not changed.
What we actually do
We hold client funds in segregated accounts at regulated partner institutions, release them when both sides meet their terms, and pursue recovery when a payment goes to the wrong place. We are not a bank and we never lend your balance.
