Funds
Client money is held in segregated client accounts at regulated partner institutions. It is never commingled with company funds and never lent.
Movement
Every outbound movement requires a settlement officer's approval. Balances can never go negative and a withdrawal can never exceed available balance — that rule is enforced in the database, not in a form.
Access
Roles are stored separately from user profiles and checked server-side on every request. Clients can only read their own rows.
